This guide helps you find out what user roles are possible for collection members, and what specific permissions each role has. 

1.  Click the Main Menu icon in Audio-Video 
   • This icon is four stacked bars on the upper right corner of the page

   • A drop-down menu will unfold

2.  Click My Content

   •  The My Content menu will load

3.  Click My Memberships

   •  A list of your collections will load

4.  Click the collection to which you want to add a member

   •  The collection will open in the "View" tab

6. Open your collection
7. Click on the Members tab
   • Find  Find the Members tab in the top right corner of the page, under the magnifying glass icon
   • The Members

      The tab will open

8.  Click People

   • A table of members will appear

9. Click on Roles (read-only)
   

   • The "Roles for collection" page will appear

   • A table of possible user roles will appear

10. Click on view permissions next to a role

    • A list of tasks permitted to that role will appear
