On the "Create Audio" page, you can add descriptive information to an audio file and track editing progress.

- Click on the Transcript section

- You can change the title, write a description, and add tags

- This catalogs your file with Knowledge Maps
- You can catalogue also add your file according to sub-collection, add it to a Knowledge Map, as well as a ssociate it with related media (e.g., if it's a part in a series, associate it with the other parts)a subcollection, or link the file to related media.

- Click on the Availability and Access section

- By default, viewing is set to Private;set it to Public if you want all visitors to see your file
- You can decide set the date and time to have the video available for viewing
- Click on the People and Copyrights section

- You can add creators, contributors, and publishers of the project, as well as the specific roles they played (for example, "Advisor"), as well as a rights summary
- Click on the Technical Metadata section
