This page shows you how to delete or edit the information for a collection. You can only edit or delete collections that belong to you. If you need to add an image to a collection, check out Add Images.

Edit a Collection

1. Go to https://images.shanti.virginia.edu/

   • The images homepage will open

2. Click the Main Menu icon
   • This icon is at the top right corner of the page: see The Interface for details

   • Menu options will expand

3. Click My Collections

   • A list of your collections will open 

4. Click on the collection you want to edit

   • The collection will open

5. Click the Edit tab

   • The collection editor will open

6. Make your changes to the information fields
7. Click Save
   

   • Your edited collection will open

Delete a Collection

1. Go to https://images.shanti.virginia.edu/
2. Click the Main Menu icon

   • Menu options will expand

3. Click My Collections

   1. • A list of your collections will open 

4. Click on the collection you want to edit

   1. • The collection will open

5. Click the Edit tab

   1. • The collection editor will open

6. Click Delete at the bottom of the page
   

   • The collection will delete

   • Deleting a collection doesn't delete images within it; go to My Images to see them
