Before you can Begin can begin a Texttext, you must first create a collection in which to store it. You can add collections through the Main Menu.
Step-by-Step guide
- Log in to Texts
- Click the menu Menu icon
- The menu This icon is the four horizontal lines in the upper-right cornertop right of the page
A drop-down menu will unfold
- Click the Create Collection button
The "Create Collection" page will open
- Type a title for the collection into the first field
- Click the Browse button to add a "featured image"
- Provide an overview of the collection in the textboxChoose your privacy
- settings in the Check "Group visibility" section
- Choose permissions settings in the "Group user permission inheritance" section
- Choose user inheritance settings in the "Group user inheritance" section
- Visibility" to control who can see your collection
- Set this to Public if you want everyone to see your collection
- Select permissions options
- "Collection Roles and Permissions" sets permissions for people working on the collection
- "Group User Permission Inheritance" sets whether subgroups have the same permission settings as the collection
- "Group User Inheritance" sets permissions for a subgroup to inherit the group's users
- Click Preview Click the Preview button at the bottom of the page to review your collection
The "Preview" page will open
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
A message
confirming the creation of your collection will appearwill appear to confirm your new collection
