This is the center of our community-support model promoting the use of a self-sustaining ecology of digital tools at the UVa. The Knowledge Base has two parts: Help and Forums. Help has documentation on tools, including support and how-to information for SHANTI's Community Tools Tools, such as SHANTI Pages, SHANTI wikiWiki, NowComment, and Zotero. In Forums, you can find answers to user-submitted questions--and ask your own questions!
All UVa community members (and guests with Collab Guest Accounts) can contribute. Please offer content for, or comments on , Help pages ; and please add comments to Forum Topics, or start a a Forum conversation with on a new topic. The Style Guide offers guidelines for your submissionsif you would like to compose a Help document on a particular issue.
The Navigation Pane to the right shows you (if applicable) the current page's table of contents and list of subpages; it also gives you a tab to link to the Forums, or back to Help. The Dashboard Tab shows you a list of all other SHANTI Wiki spaces available for your viewing.
