This is the center of our community-support model promoting the use of a self-sustaining ecology of digital tools at the UVa. The Knowledge Base has two parts: Help Index and Forums. Help Index has documentation on tools, including support and how-to information for SHANTI's Community Tools, such as SHANTI Pages, SHANTI Wiki, NowComment, and Zotero. In Forums, you can find answers to user-submitted questions--and ask your own questions!

All UVa community members (and guests with Collab Guest Accounts) can contribute. Please feel free to offer comments on Help Index pages and to add comments to Forum Topics. If you have a question you'd like answered, please start a Forum conversation on a new topic. The Style Guide offers guidelines if you would like to compose a Help document on a particular issue.
