Make sure your files are unzipped (ie, not in .zip format) before uploading. 

You can import videos larger than 2GB limit only if they are publicly accessible with a URL. To import these larger videos, please contact SHANTI staff at shanti@virginia.edu.

You can upload audio files of less than 2GB in size that are in the following formats:

• .asf
• .wmv
• .qt
• .mov
• .mpg
• .avi
• .mp3
• .wav
• .3gp
• .mp4
• .wma
