To upload media from your computer: 

1. Click Browse

   • A window of files on your computer will appear

2. Select your file 

   • Note: files must be less than 30 MB

   • Note: allowed file types are jpg, jpeg, gif, png, txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, ods, odp, mp3, mov, mp4, m4a, m4v, mpeg, avi, ogg, oga, ogv, weba, webp, webm
     

3. Click Open 
   

   • Your file's name will appear in the "Upload" box

4. Click Upload

   • A loading bar will appear

   • You will be able to click on the file's name once it is uploaded

5. Click Next 
   

   • Metadata fields will appear

6. Fill in the metadata for your file

   • Scroll down to see all fields

7. Click Save

   • Display options will appear

8. Click the "Display as" drop-down menu

   • Options will expand

9. Choose how the file will be displayed

   • Note: files may display differently than they do in the Content Editor

10. Click Submit

    • Submit is located at the bottom of the page

    • The media window will close

    • The media file will appear in the Content Editor

11. Click Save 
    

    • Save is located at the bottom of the page

    • The "Edit book page" window will close

    • A message will appear confirming the update
