The Confluence production environment will undergo a migration from 8am-5pm ET on Saturday, May 25th. The Confluence environment will be available in read only mode. Changes to data in Confluence will not be possible until the migration is complete.
You can upload an audio file from different locations, including the "My Content" section of your account. This step-by-step guide shows you how to upload a file from the Audio-Video tool homepage.
- Open the Audio-Video homepage
- In the menu sidebar to the right, locate the "Add to Your Collections" section
- Click on the drop-down menu to choose a collection for the file
The drop-down menu will close, and will show the name of the collection
- Click on Upload Audio
The "Create Audio" page will open
- Click on Media
A menu will unfold
- Click on Add Media
A dialogue box will open
- To add audio files saved to your computer, click on the Upload tab
The "Upload Audio" section will open
- Click on Browse
A dialogue box will open, showing a list of files on your computer
- Choose a file
- Click on Open
The dialogue box will close, and the file will appear in the "Upload Audio" list
- Add more files as desired
- Click on Upload
A dialogue box will open, showing a status bar for the upload; when it finishes, you will be returned to the "Upload Audio" list, and the file's status will be listed as "Done"
- Click on Next
A window will load, allowing you to change the title of the media file and add tags
- Add at least a title
- The file will not load without a title
- Click on Next
A status bar will appear, and when the file is uploaded the dialogue box will close
- Note that the audio file is listed in the "Media" section of the "Create Audio" page
- Click on the sections below "Media" to add more settings, such as rights, availability, and technical metadata
