After review the target training pack and the target training video, please arrange with the target expert the Polarized Target Practical training. This consists of the three following steps:
A.) The Polarized Target Hall Walkthrough: You walk through the Hall with the Target Expert who can show you the cryo-platform, the target loading area, and the cave where the target is if available.
B.) The Review of Control Room instrumentation: Go over the controls and instruments in the counting house used for operations.
C.) 1/2 Shift shadowing a Target Operator on shift: Attend any TO shift (1/2 of the shift) to watch and see how things are done so you have a chance to ask any remaining questions before you start your shift.
