  1. Plug the two power cords of the magnet rack.
  2. Enable the output of the 24-V PS by pushing its center circular button.  It is for the roots-pump LCW flow meter and the gas analyzer.
  3. Turn on the magnet PS by pushing its power button.  It might turn on by itself.
  4. Switch the relay for the magnet shim heaters to OFF using Magnet_PS_Main.vi, if necessary.
