o Connect roots pumps to H20
  + P&ID for roots water system
  + P&ID for roots vacuum system (do we have all the instruments listed?)
o ORC documentation for the roots
o Populate target control racks with equipment
  + List of cables to-from target to rack
  + List of cables to-from control room (cables to be pulled through penetrations)
  + Plan for target rack(s) in the control room  (what goes where, power
requirements, etc)
  + ORC documentation for custom electronics in racks
o Cable tray installation (east side of shielding)
o Cable tray installation (west side of shielding)
o RF cooling loop plans (P&ID)
o Pneumatic system P&ID
o Electrical isolation of remaining target services
  (equivalent is a plan for earthing the system).

I’m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.  Starting on some of these will likely
point out shortcomings we may have elsewhere in other systems.
