On the "Create Audio" page, different sections allow you to accomplish different kinds of tasks. The top half of the page allows you to add fields that describe the audio file itself. The bottom half of the page has sections that allow you to keep track of what progress you have made on editing your audio file.   1. Click on the Menu icon
    • A drop-down menu will unfold
  2. Click on My Content
    • A drop-down menu will unfold
  3. Click on My Media
    • A list of your uploaded media will open
  4. Locate the Audio file you want to add information to
  5. Click on Edit under the "Edit Link" section
    • The "Edit Audio" page will open
  6. Click on Media
    • The "Media" section will unfold
    • You can delete the audio file here
  7. Click on Transcript
    • The "Transcript" section will unfold
    • You can upload a transcript and/or a transformer here
  8. Click on Title & Description
    • The "Title & Description" section will unfold
    • You can change the title, write a description, and add tags
  9. Click on Details
    • The "Details" section will unfold
    • You can catalogue your file according to sub-collection, add it to a Knowledge Map, as well as associate it with related media (e.g., if it's a part in a series, associate it with the other parts)
  10. Click on Rights and Licensing
    • The "Rights and Licensing" section will unfold
    • You can fill in the copyright owner, year published, and redistribution license information
  11. Click on Availability and Access
    • The "Availability and Access" section will unfold
    • You can decide the date and time to have the video available for viewing
  12. Click on People and Copyrights
    • The "People and Copyrights" section will unfold
    • You can add creators, contributors, and publishers of the project, as well as the specific roles they played (for example, "Advisor"), as well as a rights summary
  13. Click on Technical Metadata
    • The "Technical Metadata" section will unfold
    • You can describe your file's technical aspects, such as its physical and digital format, frame size, duration, and so on
