  1.  Open the collection to which you want to add a member
    •  The collection will open in the View page
  2.  Click on the Members tab 
    •  Find the Members tab in the upper right corner of the page, under the magnifying glass
    •  The tab will open 
  3.  Click on People
    •  The “People in a collection” page will open with a user table
  4.  If you only want to modify one member’s status and/or role: 
    1.  Click on Edit next to the member’s name in the member table 
    2.  The group membership editor will open
    3.  Change the user’s status and role
    4.  Click on Update Membership 
    5.   A message will appear to confirm the membership update
    •  If you only wanted to modify one member’s status, you can end this guide here
  5.  Select the usernames you would like to modify 
    •  Use the checkboxes in the first column of the user table
  6.  Click on Choose an operation
  7.  Select the change you would like to make to the selected users
    •  To modify the user role: click on Modify UG User Roles
    •  To delete a user: click on Remove from Group
    •  To modify a member’s status in the “State” column: click on Modify Membership Status
  8.  Click on Execute 
    •  A page will appear depending on the modification you chose
  9.  Make any changes to membership 
  10.  Click on Update Membership
    •  A message will appear to confirm the membership update
