- Open the collection to which you want to add a member
The collection will open in the View page
- Click on the Members tab
- Find Members in the top right corner under the magnifying glass icon
The tab will open
- Click on People
The “People in collection” page will open with a user table
- If you only want to modify one member’s status and/or role:
- Click on Edit next to the member’s name in the member table
- Change the user’s status and role
- Click on Update Membership
A message will appear to confirm the membership update
- If you only wanted to modify one member’s status, you can end this guide here
- Select the usernames you would like to modify
- Use the checkboxes in the first column of the user table
- Note: You must check the box at the top of the first column
- Click on Choose an operation
- Find this drop-down menu above the table and to the left of the "Execute" button
- Select the change you would like to make to the selected users
- To modify the user role: click on Modify OG User Roles
- To delete a user: click on Remove from Group
- To modify a member’s status in the “State” column: click on Modify Membership Status
- Click on Execute
A page will appear depending on the modification you chose
- Make any changes to membership
- Click on Confirm
A message will appear to confirm the membership update
