  1.  Open the collection to which you want to add a member
    • The collection will open in the View page
  2.  Click on the Members tab 
    • Find the Members tab in the upper right corner of the page, under the magnifying glass
    • The tab will open 
  3.  Click on People
    • The “People in collection” page will open with a user table
  4.  If you only want to modify one member’s status and/or role: 
    1. Click on Edit next to the member’s name in the member table 
    2. Change the user’s status and role
    3. Click on Update Membership
    • A message will appear to confirm the membership update
    • If you only wanted to modify one member’s status, you can end this guide here
  5.  Select the usernames you would like to modify 
    • Use the checkboxes (including the first one above the usernames) in the first column of the user table
  6.  Click on Choose an operation
    • Find this drop-down menu above the table and to the left of the "Execute" button
    • A drop-down menu will unfold
  7.  Select the change you would like to make to the selected users
    • To modify the user role: click on Modify OG User Roles
    • To delete a user: click on Remove from Group
    • To modify a member’s status in the “State” column: click on Modify Membership Status
  8.  Click on Execute 
    • A page will appear depending on the modification you chose
  9.  Make any changes to membership 
  10.  Click on Confirm
    • A message will appear to confirm the membership update
