Spreadsheet Format

Each row represents a data point on the area chart. The chart below shows what data should be included in each column. Learn more about using spreadsheets with Visuals at Use Spreadsheet Data.

The the x-axis value for your data point. This makes your chart continuous (plain text) or discreet (number, date, time, or datetime).

The value for your point on the y-axis. This creates your first line of data.

A different value for your point on the y-axis. This creates a second line of data.

Note:

  • You can have as many additional columns of data as you need. Each column creates a data line.
