The lifter system has four branches 

  1. Lifter mechanical+Electrical setup (in the target cave)
  2. Lifter control box (Slow controls rack)
  3. Lifter ADC Box (Slow controls rack)
  4. Lifter monitoring box (Control room)

    • The seven(7) position switches are labeled as in the following image.

    • The limit switches are connected to the motor driver in the Lifter Control Box.
    • The IP address of the driver: 192.168.24.142
    • The motor driver is configured to a special configuration (Lifter config_Updated.stfprj) for the lifter operation. The configuration is done by the manufacturer's software STF Configurator Setup 2.0.22.0630(AMP).exe 
    • The following image shows the STF interface after configuring the driver
    • The configuration is only needed when replacing the motor driver with a new driver
